Beauty, The Arden Way.

In 2004, after exploring different career paths and gaining experience in various fields, I began a new chapter by establishing Arden The Beauty Point and Academy.

My journey later took me across different parts of Europe, where I had the opportunity to experience international standards of beauty, service, and professionalism. Learning from highly skilled professionals opened my eyes to the possibilities of the beauty industry and the impact it could have beyond beauty itself.

For a time, I considered building my career abroad. But one question stayed with me: Why not bring what I had learned back home and build something meaningful in Nepal?

I chose to stay. I wanted Arden to be more than just a beauty salon. I wanted to create a place where skills could become careers, confidence could lead to independence, and women could find opportunities to learn, earn, grow, and build a future of their own.

From the very beginning, our approach has been rooted in quality service, skilled professionals, and enhancing natural beauty. We believe beauty is not about changing who you are, but about bringing out the best in you through professional expertise, thoughtful treatments, and responsible care for the long-term health of your hair and skin.

What started with a vision in 2004 has grown into a team of 15+ skilled professionals, with women at the heart of Arden’s journey. To me, this growth means far more than numbers. It represents every person who has learned a skill, gained confidence, built a career, or discovered a new opportunity through Arden.

More than two decades later, I am proud that Arden has grown beyond a beauty salon into a space for learning, growth, opportunity, and transformation.

My decision to build Arden in Nepal was never simply about starting a business. It came from a belief that world-class work can be created here, local talent can be nurtured here, and meaningful careers can be built right here at home.

That belief began Arden’s journey in 2004, and it continues to guide everything we do today.
